Fancy Ravioli

Herkullinen ja helppo paistettu riisi, jossa on mureaa kanaa, raikkaita vihanneksia ja täyteläinen maku.

Ingredientes

400 gkeitettyä riisiä
150 gkanan rintafileetä
150 gporkkanaa
150 gkaalia
2 udkananmunaa
20 gkevätsipulia
1 cdtasoijakastiketta
4 cdtakasviöljyä

Prepare ingredients

Dice the 150 g chicken breast, slice the 150 g carrot and 150 g cabbage into thin strips, and chop the 20 g spring onion. Crack the 2 ud egg into a small bowl and beat lightly.

Cook chicken

Heat 4 cdta vegetable oil in a pan and cook the chicken until fully cooked through.

Scramble eggs and sauté vegetables

Push the chicken to the side of the pan and add the eggs. Scramble briefly, then add the carrot and cabbage. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Combine and season

Add the 400 g cooked rice and 1 cdta soy sauce. Mix well and fry for 3 minutes. Finish by stirring in the spring onion.
