Instrucciones
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees so it is ready for the tray.
Heat 1 cda cooking oil in a pan and brown 200 g chicken fillet strips until thoroughly cooked.
Add 1 cda paprika powder and 0.5 cdta soy sauce to the chicken and mix the spices evenly into the meat.
Wash and dice 1 ud red bell pepper, chop 1 ud red onion, slice 1 ud spring onion, and halve 8 ud cherry tomatoes.
Arrange 150 g corn chips evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Spread the cooked chicken, chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, and frozen 150 g frozen corn over the nachos.
Top the whole tray by sprinkling 150 g grated cheese over it.
Bake in the center of the oven for about 5 to 8 minutes until the cheese has melted and turned slightly golden.
Finish the tray by sprinkling the fresh spring onion and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
