Ingrédients

200 gbroilerin fileesuikaleita
150 gmaissilastuja
8 pckirsikkatomaatteja
1 pckevätsipuli
1 pcpunasipuli
1 c. à s.ruokaöljyä
1 c. à s.paprikamaustetta
0.5 c. à c.soijakastiketta
150 gjuustoraastetta
1 pcpunainen paprika
150 gpakastemaissia

Instructions

Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees so it is ready for the tray.

Cook the chicken

Heat 1 c. à s. cooking oil in a pan and brown 200 g chicken fillet strips until thoroughly cooked.

Season the chicken

Add 1 c. à s. paprika powder and 0.5 c. à c. soy sauce to the chicken and mix the spices evenly into the meat.

Chop the vegetables

Wash and dice 1 pc red bell pepper, chop 1 pc red onion, slice 1 pc spring onion, and halve 8 pc cherry tomatoes.

Spread the nachos

Arrange 150 g corn chips evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Add the toppings

Spread the cooked chicken, chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, and frozen 150 g frozen corn over the nachos.

Add cheese

Top the whole tray by sprinkling 150 g grated cheese over it.

Bake in the oven

Bake in the center of the oven for about 5 to 8 minutes until the cheese has melted and turned slightly golden.

Finish and serve

Finish the tray by sprinkling the fresh spring onion and halved cherry tomatoes on top.
