
Perunamuusi
Fancy Ravioli
Klassinen ja samettinen perunamuusi, joka sopii täydellisesti lisukkeeksi monenlaisiin aterioihin. Helppo ja nopea valmistaa.
Ingredientes
| 1000 g | Jauhoisia perunoita |
| 2 dl | Maitoa |
| 50 g | Voita |
| 3 g | Suolaa |
Instrucciones
Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
Peel and cut 1000 g starchy potatoes into even-sized cubes.
Add the prepared potatoes to the boiling water. Season with 3 g salt. Boil until tender and easily pierced with a fork (approx 20).
Carefully drain the water from the pot. Allow the potatoes to steam dry in the pot for a few minutes.
Return the hot potatoes to the pot. Add 50 g butter. Mash until fluffy using a potato masher or hand mixer.
Gradually stir in the warm 2 dl milk until the desired consistency is reached. Do not overwork the potatoes to avoid a gummy texture.
Serve the mashed potatoes hot as a side dish.
