Fancy Ravioli
Lämmin ja kermaisen täyteläinen makaronivelli, joka sopii niin aamiaiseksi, välipalaksi kuin kevyeksi illalliseksikin. Helppo valmistaa ja nauttia.
Ingredientes
| 150 g | makaroni |
| 8 dl | rasvaton maito |
| 2 dl | kuohukerma |
| 5 dl | vesi |
| 1 c. chá | suola |
| 1 c. sopa | sokeri |
Instruções
Prepare the liquids
Measure 5 dl water, 8 dl skimmed milk, and 2 dl heavy cream into a pot.
Heat the liquids
Heat the liquids in a pot over medium heat until boiling.
Remove foam
Remove any foam forming on the surface with a spoon or ladle.
Add macaroni and spices
Add 150 g macaroni, 1 c. chá salt, and 1 c. sopa sugar to the boiling liquid. Stir well.
Cook the soup
Let the macaroni cook in the soup at a gentle simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the macaroni is fully cooked and the soup has reached the desired consistency. Remember to stir occasionally to prevent burning at the bottom.
Rest and serve
Let the macaroni soup rest for a moment before serving. It can be served as is.
