Perinteiset ja mehevät Kari Aihisen lihapullat valmistuvat naudanjauhelihasta, kermasta ja korppujauhoista. Sipulin kuullottaminen ja kermaviilin lisääminen tekevät pullista erityisen maukkaita ja mehukkaita.

1 dlruokakerma
1 dlkorppujauho
1 个kananmuna
2 汤匙tuore lehtipersilja
400 gnaudanjauheliha (17%)
2 汤匙kermaviili
6 gsuola
3 个Tabasco
0.5 茶匙mustapippuri

Sauté the onion

Finely chop 1 piece onion and sauté in a pan until soft using a portion of the 1 汤匙 butter for frying.

Soak the breadcrumbs

Mix 1 dl cooking cream and 1 dl breadcrumbs in a bowl and let the mixture swell for a few minutes.

Prepare herbs

Finely chop 2 汤匙 fresh parsley and add it to the breadcrumb mixture.

Mix the meatball mass

Add to the bowl 1 piece egg, 400 g ground beef (17%), the sautéed onion, 6 g salt, 3 piece Tabasco and 0.5 茶匙 black pepper.

Add moisture

Mix in 2 汤匙 sour cream to give the mixture juiciness and the right texture.

Shape the meatballs

Shape the mixture into uniform balls using damp hands, being careful not to compress the mass too tightly.

Fry the meatballs

Heat the remaining 1 汤匙 butter for frying in a pan and fry the meatballs over medium heat, turning, until they are beautifully golden brown and cooked through.

5. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

6. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.

8. Changes to terms

We may update the terms. We will inform you of significant changes (e.g. by email or in the service). By continuing to use the service you accept the new terms. We interpret the terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

The service is Finnish and is provided under Finnish law. Any disputes relating to the service shall be resolved in the courts of Finland.
