
Hese-style Chicken Tortilla
A succulent and filling chicken tortilla filled with fried chicken, fresh vegetables, and Greek-style cheese. Paprika mayonnaise gives the dish a rich finishing touch. Inspired by the Hesburger chicken tortilla.

Rinse and dice the 2 tomatoes, tear the 150 g iceberg lettuce into small pieces, and cut the 100 g feta-style cheese into small cubes. Peel and slice the 1 onion into strips.
Heat the 30 ml olive oil in a pan. Toss the 300 g chicken fillet strips in 6 g paprika powder, 3 g garlic powder, and 3 g salt and fry for 5 minutes until they are cooked through and browned.
Add the onion strips to the pan with the chicken and continue frying for 5 minutes until the onion has softened.
Warm the 4 tortillas in a microwave or on a dry frying pan according to the package instructions.
Spread 100 ml paprika mayonnaise evenly onto each warmed tortilla.
Individually top the warm tortillas with the chicken and onion mixture, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese cubes.
Roll the tortillas into tight wraps and serve immediately.
