
Chicken with Curry Sauce
A quick and easy rice and chicken dish that's perfect for everyday. The creamy sauce binds the flavors together.

Steps
Start by cooking the 255 g rice according to the package instructions. You can add 2.5 ml salt to the boiling water.
Take out the 400 g chicken fillet and dry them carefully with paper towels.
Cut the dried chicken into strips.
Heat 30 ml olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken strips until cooked through.
Add 10 ml crushed garlic and 2 g curry powder. Sauté for a moment.
Pour 200 ml water into the pan, add 1 chicken bouillon cube and bring to a boil.
Add 200 ml cooking cream. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
Season the sauce with the remaining 2.5 ml salt and 1.25 ml black pepper.
Serve the sauce with the boiled rice.
