
Chicken Tortilla
A moist and filling chicken tortilla filled with sautéed chicken, fresh vegetables, and feta-style cheese. The paprika mayonnaise gives the dish a rich finish.

Rinse and dice the 2 tomato, tear the 150 g iceberg lettuce into small pieces, and cut the 100 g feta-style cheese into small cubes. Peel and slice the 1 onion.
Heat 30 ml olive oil in a pan. Coat the 300 g chicken breast strips with 10 ml paprika powder, 5 ml garlic powder, and 2.5 ml salt, then fry for 5 minutes until cooked and browned.
Add the sliced onions to the pan with the chicken and continue cooking for 5 minutes until soft.
Warm the 4 tortillas in a microwave or on a dry pan according to the package instructions.
Spread 100 ml paprika mayonnaise evenly over each warm tortilla.
Divide the chicken-onion mixture, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese cubes between the tortillas.
Roll the tortillas tightly and serve immediately.
