Instructions
Start by cooking 200 g rice according to package instructions. You can add 2.5 g salt to the boiling water.
Cut 400 g chicken breast into cubes. Heat 30 ml olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken until done.
Add 4 pcs garlic cloves, crushed, and 5 g curry powder. Sauté for a moment.
Pour 200 ml vegetable stock into the pan and bring to a simmer.
Stir in 200 ml cooking cream and 100 g frozen peas. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Season the sauce with the remaining 2.5 g salt and 1 g black pepper.
Serve the sauce with the cooked rice.
