Smoky Quiche
Delicious and quick meatballs cooked in the air fryer. Suitable for everyday meals or special occasions.
Ingredients
| 400 g | ground beef |
| 1 pcs | egg |
| 50 ml | breadcrumbs |
| 50 ml | milk |
| 1 pcs | onion |
| 3.8 ml | salt |
| 1.3 ml | black pepper |
| 1 pcs | oil |
Instructions
Mix together 50 ml breadcrumbs and 50 ml milk in a bowl. Let it soak for about 5 minutes.
Peel and finely chop 1 pcs onion. You can also grate the onion.
Add 400 g ground beef, 1 pcs egg, the chopped onion, 3.8 ml salt, and 1.3 ml black pepper to the soaked breadcrumb and milk mixture.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly until even, but do not knead too much to keep the meatballs tender.
Shape the mixture into about 15-20 small meatballs by hand.
Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for about 3-5 minutes.
Spray or brush the basket with 1 pcs oil to prevent sticking. You can also use parchment paper at the bottom.
Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving a small gap between each ball to allow air circulation.
Cook at 180 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Turn the meatballs halfway through, around 6-7 minutes, for even browning.
Check the doneness by cutting one meatball in half. Serve.
