
Pasta frittata
Smoky Quiche
Pasta frittata on perinteinen italialainen pannuruoka, jossa ylijäänyt spaghetti saa uuden elämän kananmunan ja juuston mehevöittämänä. Se paistetaan pannulla kullanruskeaksi ja rapeaksi pintunsa molemmin puolin.
Ingrediënten
| 400 g | keitetty spaghetti |
| 4 st | kananmuna |
| 1 dl | raastettu parmesaanijuusto |
| 0.5 dl | maito |
| 3 g | suola |
| 2 g | mustapippuri |
| 2 el | voi |
| 20 g | tuore persilja |
Instructies
Crack 4 st eggs into a bowl and whisk to combine. Add 0.5 dl milk, 1 dl grated parmesan cheese, 3 g salt, and 2 g black pepper.
Chop 20 g fresh parsley and add to the bowl with the egg mixture. Finally, stir in 400 g cooked spaghetti until the pasta is coated evenly.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 2 el butter to coat the bottom of the pan evenly.
Pour the spaghetti mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Cook for 7 minutes without moving, until the bottom is set and golden brown.
Place a large plate over the pan and carefully invert the frittata onto the plate. Slide it back into the pan to cook the other side.
Cook the other side for 5 minutes, until crispy and cooked through. Cut into wedges and serve immediately.
