Ingredienti

4uova
100 gburro
1,25 gsale

Passaggi

Bollire le uova

Bollire 4 uova in acqua bollente per circa 10 minuti, finché non saranno completamente sode.

Raffreddare le uova

Scolare l'acqua di cottura e sciacquare immediatamente le uova con acqua fredda per raffreddarle e facilitare la rimozione del guscio.

Sbucciare le uova

Sbucciare accuratamente le uova raffreddate.

Ammorbidire il burro

Portare 100 g burro a temperatura ambiente con largo anticipo, in modo che sia morbido e facile da mescolare.

Sminuzzare le uova

Sminuzzare le uova finemente con una forchetta, una grattugia o un tagliapasta.

Unire gli ingredienti

In una ciotola, unire il burro morbido e le uova sminuzzate fino a ottenere un composto omogeneo.

Condimento

Aggiungere 1,25 g sale e mescolare ancora una volta con cura.

4. Account

The information you provide (e.g. email) must be correct. Do not share your login with others. Login is done with a code sent by email. We may suspend or remove accounts and manage user data for the operation of the service.

5. Conduct

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.
