Ground Meat Soup

A colorful and warming everyday meal that combines rich meat and soft root vegetables in a clear broth.

Ingredienser

1200 mlwater
400 gground meat
2beef bouillon cubes
10allspice berries
2bay leaves
750 gfrozen soup vegetables
5 gsalt
50 mlparsley

Steg

Heating the water

Measure 1200 ml water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Browning the meat

Brown 400 g ground meat in a pan or a separate dish in its own fat until completely cooked through.

Seasoning

Add 2 beef bouillon cubes, 10 allspice berries, 2 bay leaves, and the browned ground meat to the boiling water.

Cooking the vegetables

Add 750 g frozen soup vegetables to the pot and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until tender.

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability
