Fancy Ravioli

Yksinkertainen ja herkullinen pasta, joka saa makunsa runsaasta valkosipulista, oliiviöljystä ja tuoreesta persiljasta.

400 gSpagetti
6 stValkosipulinkynsi
1 dlOliiviöljy
1 tskChilirouhe
20 gTuore persilja
2 tskSuola

Instruktioner

Cook the pasta

Cook 400 g spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve a deciliter of the cooking water and drain the pasta.

Prepare the garlic

Peel and thinly slice or finely chop 6 g arlic cloves.

Sauté the spices

Heat 1 dl olive oil in a pan over low heat. Add the sliced garlic and 1 tsk red chili flakes. Sauté gently until the garlic is soft and fragrant, but not browned.

Combine ingredients

Add the drained pasta and a splash of the reserved cooking water to the pan. Toss in 20 g chopped fresh parsley and 2 tsk salt. Mix briefly until the pasta is evenly coated with the oil.

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

6. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.
