Fancy Ravioli

Cook the pasta
Cook 400 g spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve a deciliter of the cooking water and drain the pasta.
Prepare the garlic
Peel and thinly slice or finely chop 6 g arlic cloves.
Sauté the spices
Heat 1 dl olive oil in a pan over low heat. Add the sliced garlic and 1 茶匙 red chili flakes. Sauté gently until the garlic is soft and fragrant, but not browned.
Combine ingredients
Add the drained pasta and a splash of the reserved cooking water to the pan. Toss in 20 g chopped fresh parsley and 2 茶匙 salt. Mix briefly until the pasta is evenly coated with the oil.
