Banana bread

A moist and tender loaf with a rich fruit aroma and a soft crumb. This bake is best enjoyed as a snack or breakfast slice, especially when served toasted with butter.

Ingredienser

3bananas
75 gbutter
150 gsugar
1egg
5 mlvanilla extract
5 mlbaking soda
1 mlsalt
210 gwheat flour

Steg

Preheat oven

Preheat your oven to 175 °C and grease a 23 x 13 cm loaf pan with a small amount of butter or oil.

Mash bananas

Peel 3 bananas and mash them in a large mixing bowl with a fork until they are smooth.

Add butter

Stir 75 g butter that has been melted into the mashed bananas.

Mix in sweeteners

Mix in 150 g sugar, 1 egg and 5 ml vanilla extract until the mixture is well combined.

Incorporate leavening

Sprinkle 5 ml baking soda and 1 ml salt over the mixture and stir them in thoroughly.

Add flour

Gently fold in 210 g wheat flour until the batter is just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Bake the bread

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean.

Cool the loaf

Remove the pan from the oven and let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that it is error-free. No liability for indirect damages within the limits of the law. We may change, limit or discontinue the service when needed.

10. Governing law and disputes
