Fancy Ravioli

Perinteinen kiinalainen keitto, joka tunnetaan keveydestään ja virkistävästä maustaan. Se valmistetaan liemipohjaan, joka suurustetaan ja viimeistellään kanamunajuosteilla.

Ingredienti

1 pzkanaliemikuutiota
15 dlvettä
2 pzkananmunaa
2 cucchiaiosoijakastiketta
20 griisi- tai maissitärkkelystä
5 gvalkosipulia
3 ginkivääriä
20 gkevätsipulia
5 gchiliä
1 cucchiainoseesamiöljyä

Istruzioni

Prepare ingredients

Finely chop 5 g garlic and grate 3 g ginger. Chop 20 g spring onion and 5 g chili (remove seeds).

Prepare egg mixture

Break 2 pz eggs into a bowl and whisk lightly.

Mix starch

Mix 20 g rice or corn starch with a small amount of cold water.

Prepare broth

Add 1 pz chicken bouillon cube and 15 dl water to a pot. Heat until dissolved. Add chopped garlic, ginger and some spring onion. Bring to a boil.

Add seasonings

Stir in 2 cucchiaio soy sauce and chili.

Thicken the soup

Pour the starch mixture into the soup in a thin stream while stirring. Let simmer for 3 minutes.

Add eggs

Reduce heat. Slowly pour the whisked eggs into the soup to create egg ribbons.

Finish and serve

Season with 1 cucchiaino sesame oil and garnish with the remaining spring onions.
