
Bacon Pasta
A delicious and creamy pasta dish combining salty bacon, onion, and a rich sauce. This classic everyday meal is quick to prepare and a family favorite.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 5 ml salt.
Peel and finely chop 1 onion and 2 clove of garlic.
Cut 170 g bacon into small strips or cubes.
Add 400 g pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Heat 15 ml cooking oil in a pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Towards the end, add the chopped onion and clove of garlic to the pan until softened.
Pour 250 ml cooking cream into the pan and add 5 ml soy sauce and 2 ml black pepper.
Let the sauce simmer gently over low heat for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Drain the cooked pasta and toss it into the cream sauce in the pan.
