
Chicken Nacho Tray
A delicious and colorful oven tray where crispy corn chips combine with seasoned chicken, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese. This dish is perfect for sharing with the whole family or for parties.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees so it is ready when you assemble the tray.
Heat 15 ml oil in a pan and cook 300 g chicken breast fillets or strips until fully cooked.
Add 5 ml paprika powder, 3 ml soy sauce, and 2 ml black pepper to the chicken and mix well.
Wash and dice 1 red bell pepper and 2 tomato, and finely chop 1 red onion.
Spread 150 g corn chips (nachos) in an even layer on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Top the nachos with the cooked chicken, red bell pepper, red onion, and 150 g corn.
Evenly sprinkle 150 g grated cheese over everything.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned slightly golden.
