
Spicy Wing Sauce and Chicken Wings
This is a classic dish where juicy chicken wings are coated in a rich and perfectly spicy tomato-butter sauce.

Preheat the oven to 225 degrees to prepare for the chicken wings.
Spread 1000 g Chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and drizzle with 30 ml Cooking oil.
Bake the wings in the oven for about 30 minutes, until they are cooked through and have a beautiful color.
While the wings are baking, finely chop the 200 g Fresh tomatoes, 3 Fresh garlic, 1 Fresh onion and 1 Fresh chili.
Melt the 100 g Butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion, and chili to the butter and sauté for about 5 minutes.
Stir in the 30 ml White wine vinegar, 15 ml Brown sugar, 5 ml Soy sauce and 3 ml Salt.
Let the sauce simmer for 15 minutes, and if preferred, blend it with an immersion blender until completely smooth.
