Boil the pasta water
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 5 मिली salt.
Prepare the onions
Peel and finely chop 1 onion and 2 clove of garlic.
Cut the bacon
Cut 170 ग्राम bacon into small strips or cubes.
Cook the pasta
Add 400 ग्राम pasta to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.
Fry the bacon and onions
Heat 15 मिली cooking oil in a pan and fry the bacon until crispy. Towards the end, add the chopped onion and clove of garlic to the pan until softened.
Prepare the sauce
Pour 250 मिली cooking cream into the pan and add 5 मिली soy sauce and 2 मिली black pepper.
Simmer the sauce
Let the sauce simmer gently over low heat for about 5 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Combine the ingredients
Drain the cooked pasta and toss it into the cream sauce in the pan.
