Garlic Pasta
A simple and delicious pasta dish flavored with plenty of garlic, olive oil, and fresh parsley.

Cook the pasta
Cook 400 克 spaghetti in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve a deciliter of the cooking water and drain the pasta.
Prepare the garlic
Peel and thinly slice or finely chop [6 garlic cloves].
Sauté the spices
Heat 100 毫升 olive oil in a pan over low heat. Add the sliced garlic and 5 毫升 red chili flakes. Sauté gently until the garlic is soft and fragrant, but not browned.
Combine ingredients
Add the drained pasta and a splash of the reserved cooking water to the pan. Toss in 20 克 chopped fresh parsley and 10 毫升 salt. Mix briefly until the pasta is evenly coated with the oil.
