
Ham Pasta
A quick and easy everyday dish featuring a rich, creamy sauce served with delicious pasta.

Steps
Start by cooking 400 g macaroni in salted water according to the package instructions. Remember to save about 100 ml pasta water before draining the cooked pasta.
Dice 200 g ham into small cubes to prepare them for frying.
Finely chop 1 garlic cloves.
Mix the reserved pasta water with 1 beef bouillon cube until the cube has dissolved.
Heat 15 ml rapeseed oil in a pan. Add the garlic and 200 g ham, frying briefly until browned.
Pour 200 ml cooking cream and the prepared broth into the pan. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Stir in 30 ml ketchup and 1 g black pepper.
Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and combine well.
Sprinkle with 100 g grated cheese and let melt before serving.
