
Macaroni milk soup

Measure 500 ml water, 800 ml skimmed milk, and 200 ml heavy cream into a pot.
Heat the liquids in a pot over medium heat until boiling.
Remove any foam forming on the surface with a spoon or ladle.
Add 150 g macaroni, 5 ml salt and 15 ml sugar to the boiling liquid. Stir well.
Let the macaroni cook in the soup at a gentle simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the macaroni is fully cooked and the soup has reached the desired consistency. Remember to stir occasionally to prevent burning at the bottom.
Let the macaroni soup rest for a moment before serving. It can be served as is.
