Fancy Ravioli

Helppo ja herkullinen jauheliha-perunavuoka, joka valmistuu vaivattomasti uunissa. Kermaisuutta ja täyteläisyyttä tuovat kerma ja maito, ja lopuksi pinnalle paistuva sula mozzarella viimeistelee makunautinnon.

Zutaten

400 gjauheliha
800 gperunat
1 Stksipuli
2 dlkerma
1 dlmaito
1 TLsuola
0.5 TLmustapippuri
1 ELöljy tai voi
1 Stkkananmunat
100 gmozzarellajuusto raastettuna

Anweisungen

Prepare the oven

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Prepare the potatoes

Peel and slice 800 g potatoes into thin slices.

Prepare the onion

Peel and chop 1 Stk onion into chunks or thick rings.

Sauté the minced meat and onion

Heat 1 EL oil or butter in a pan. Fry 400 g minced meat until browned. Add the chopped onion and continue frying until softened. Season with 1 TL salt and 0.5 TL black pepper.

Assemble the casserole

Grease a casserole dish. Spread half of the potato slices in the bottom. Add the sautéed minced meat and onion mixture evenly. Cover with the remaining potato slices.

Prepare the liquid and pour

Whisk together 2 dl cream, 1 dl milk and 1 Stk egg in a bowl. Pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes in the dish.

Bake the casserole

Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle with 100 g mozzarella. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

Rest and serve

Let the dish rest for a moment before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
