
Jauheliha-perunavuoka
Fancy Ravioli
Helppo ja herkullinen jauheliha-perunavuoka, joka valmistuu vaivattomasti uunissa. Kermaisuutta ja täyteläisyyttä tuovat kerma ja maito, ja lopuksi pinnalle paistuva sula mozzarella viimeistelee makunautinnon.
Ingrédients
| 400 g | jauheliha |
| 800 g | perunat |
| 1 pc | sipuli |
| 2 dl | kerma |
| 1 dl | maito |
| 1 c. à c. | suola |
| 0.5 c. à c. | mustapippuri |
| 1 c. à s. | öljy tai voi |
| 1 pc | kananmunat |
| 100 g | mozzarellajuusto raastettuna |
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Peel and slice 800 g potatoes into thin slices.
Peel and chop 1 pc onion into chunks or thick rings.
Heat 1 c. à s. oil or butter in a pan. Fry 400 g minced meat until browned. Add the chopped onion and continue frying until softened. Season with 1 c. à c. salt and 0.5 c. à c. black pepper.
Grease a casserole dish. Spread half of the potato slices in the bottom. Add the sautéed minced meat and onion mixture evenly. Cover with the remaining potato slices.
Whisk together 2 dl cream, 1 dl milk and 1 pc egg in a bowl. Pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes in the dish.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle with 100 g mozzarella. Bake for another 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
Let the dish rest for a moment before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
