Cinnamon Cream
A rich and delicious cinnamon-flavored cream, perfect for topping desserts or enjoying on its own. It is smooth, creamy, and full of warm cinnamon flavor.
Ingredientes
200 mlheavy cream
25 mlcaster sugar
5 mlcinnamon
0,5 mlsalt
2,5 mlvanilla extract
Pasos
Combine ingredients in a saucepan
Measure 200 ml heavy cream, 25 ml caster sugar, 5 ml cinnamon, and 0,5 ml salt into a medium saucepan.
Heat the mixture
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it just begins to simmer. Be careful not to let it boil vigorously.
Add vanilla extract
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in 2,5 ml vanilla extract.
Let the flavors infuse
Let the cinnamon cream steep for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld properly.
Strain the cream
Strain the cream through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any undissolved spices. Discard the solids.
