
Vohvelit
Fancy Ravioli
Rapeat ja maukkaat vohvelit valmistuvat yhdistämällä kuivat aineet, maito, kananmunat sekä rasva tasaiseksi taikinaksi, joka paistetaan vohveliraudalla kauniin kultaiseksi.
Ingredientes
| 2 dl | täysjyvävehnäjauhoja |
| 4 dl | vehnäjauhoja |
| 0.5 dl | sokeria |
| 2 cdta | leivinjauhetta |
| 2 cdta | vaniljasokeria |
| 0.5 cdta | suolaa |
| 5 dl | rasvatonta maitoa |
| 1 dl | kivennäisvettä |
| 0.5 dl | rypsiöljyä |
| 50 g | Eleplantia tai voita |
| 2 ud | kananmunia |
Instrucciones
Measure 2 dl whole wheat flour, 4 dl all-purpose flour, 0.5 dl sugar, 2 cdta baking powder, 2 cdta vanilla sugar, and 0.5 cdta salt into a bowl and mix together.
Whisk in 5 dl skimmed milk and 2 piece eggs into the dry ingredients until the batter is completely smooth.
Melt 50 g plant-based butter or butter in a pot or microwave.
Add the melted fat, 0.5 dl rapeseed oil, and 1 dl sparkling water to the batter and mix gently until combined.
Let the waffle batter sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes before baking.
Heat the waffle iron and portion about 100 ml of batter at a time onto the iron, baking until the waffles are nicely colored and crispy.
