Puré de verduras

Una crema de verduras de raíz aterciopelada y rica, con el sabor de la cebolla y el queso crema. Este plato suave es ideal para servir con pan crujiente.

Ingredientes

500 gpatatas
300 gzanahorias
150 gchilvía
1cebolla
2dientes de ajo
800 mlagua
2pastillas de caldo de verduras
5 mlsal
2,5 mlpimienta negra
5 mltomillo seco
100 gqueso fundido

Pasos

Preparación de las hortalizas de raíz

Pelar y cortar las 500 g patatas, 300 g zanahorias y el 150 g chilvía en trozos uniformes.

Preparación de la cebolla

Pelar y picar la 1 cebolla y picar finamente el 2 dientes de ajo.

Inicio de la cocción

Calentar el 800 ml agua en una olla y añadir las 2 pastillas de caldo de verduras.

Cocción de las verduras

Añadir todas las verduras troceadas, la cebolla y el ajo al caldo hirviendo y cocer a fuego lento durante unos 20 minutos hasta que estén completamente tiernas.

Sazonado

Añadir la 5 ml sal, la 2,5 ml pimienta negra y el 5 ml tomillo seco a la mezcla.

Triturado

Retirar la olla del fuego y triturar la sopa con una batidora de mano hasta que quede suave.

Toque final

Añadir el 100 g queso fundido y remover hasta que el queso se haya derretido por completo en la sopa.

Presentación

Calentar la sopa de nuevo rápidamente hasta que hierva y decorar las raciones con hierbas frescas si lo desea.

5. Conduct

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability
