Helppo ja nopea arkiruoka, jossa airfryer hoitaa lohen ja perunoiden kypsennyksen. Mausteina käytetään paprikaa, valkosipulijauhetta ja tilliä tuomaan herkullista makua.

200 gpieniä perunoita

3 gsuolaa
1 gmustapippuria
2 gpaprikajauhetta
2 gvalkosipulijauhetta
1 gkuivattua tilliä

Prepare the potatoes

Wash 200 g small potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges or halves, depending on their size.

Season the potatoes

Place the potatoes in a bowl and mix in 1 큰 술 olive oil, 2 g salt, 0.5 g black pepper, 1 g paprika powder, and 1 g garlic powder.

Cook potatoes in the airfryer

Place the seasoned potatoes in the airfryer basket in an even layer. Cook at 180°C for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Shake the basket halfway through.

Prepare and season the fish

Pat 150 g rainbow trout fillet dry with a paper towel. Season the fish on both sides with 1 g salt, 0.5 g black pepper, and 1 g dried dill.

Cook the fish in the airfryer

When the potatoes are done, set them aside. Place the seasoned fish inside the airfryer basket. Cook at 180°C for about 10 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily.

Serve

Serve the airfryer rainbow trout and potatoes immediately with other accompaniments.
