World's Best Pancake

Oatmeal
Soft and nutritious oatmeal prepared with water and finished with a knob of butter and cinnamon sugar.
Ingredients
750 mlwater
90 goat flakes
2.5 mlsalt
5 mlcinnamon
17 gsugar
10 gbutter
Steps
Heat the water
Measure 750 ml water into a medium-sized saucepan and heat until boiling on the stove.
Add ingredients
Once the water is boiling, carefully add 90 g oat flakes and 2.5 ml salt.
Cook the porridge
Let the porridge simmer for about 6 minutes. Stir gently only a few times to prevent the porridge from sticking to the bottom. Remove any foam that forms on the surface during cooking.
Prepare cinnamon sugar
Mix 5 ml cinnamon and 17 g sugar together.
Serve hot
Remove the porridge from the stove. Portion the ready porridge into bowls, place 10 g butter on top, and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
