
World's Best Pancake
This classic pancake is easy to make and delicious for the whole family. Perfect as a dessert or sweet snack, serve with berries and whipped cream.

Preheat the oven to 225°C (or 200°C for fan-assisted ovens).
Melt 100 g margarine and let it cool slightly.
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl: 400 ml wheat flour, 150 ml sugar, 5 ml baking powder, 5 ml salt and 5 ml vanilla sugar.
Add 800 ml milk, 2 eggs and the melted, cooled margarine to the dry ingredients.
Mix until the batter is smooth. Do not overmix; small lumps are allowed.
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 225°C (or 200°C for fan-assisted ovens) for 30 minutes, or until the pancake is golden brown and cooked through.
