Mantequilla de huevo

Una pasta para untar tradicional y rica, esencial para disfrutar de las empanadillas carelianas.

Ingredientes

4huevos
100 gmantequilla
1,25 gsal

Pasos

Hervir los huevos

Hervir 4 huevos en agua hirviendo durante unos 10 minutos, hasta que estén completamente cocidos.

Enfriar los huevos

Escurrir el agua de cocción y enjuagar los huevos inmediatamente con agua fría para que se enfríen y la cáscara se desprenda más fácilmente.

Pelar los huevos

Pelar los huevos una vez enfriados con cuidado.

Ablandar la mantequilla

Dejar 100 g mantequilla a temperatura ambiente con suficiente antelación para que esté blanda y sea fácil de mezclar.

Picar los huevos

Picar los huevos finamente con un tenedor, un rallador o un cortador de huevos.

Combinar los ingredientes

Combinar la mantequilla blanda y el huevo picado en un bol hasta obtener una masa homogénea.

Sazonar

Añadir 1,25 g sal y mezclar una vez más cuidadosamente.

5. Conduct

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability
