Ground Meat Soup

A colorful and warming everyday meal that combines rich meat and soft root vegetables in a clear broth.

材料

1200 mlwater
400 グラムground meat
2beef bouillon cubes
10allspice berries
2bay leaves
750 グラムfrozen soup vegetables
5 グラムsalt
50 mlparsley

手順

Heating the water

Measure 1200 ml water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Browning the meat

Brown 400 グラム ground meat in a pan or a separate dish in its own fat until completely cooked through.

Seasoning

Add 2 beef bouillon cubes, 10 allspice berries, 2 bay leaves, and the browned ground meat to the boiling water.

Cooking the vegetables

Add 750 グラム frozen soup vegetables to the pot and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes, or until tender.
