Steak and mashed potatoes

Prepare the potatoes

Boil the potatoes

Season the steak

Pat 400 克 beef steak dry with paper towels and season both sides thoroughly with 3 毫升 salt and 3 毫升 black pepper.

Heat the pan

Place a heavy skillet over high heat and add 15 毫升 vegetable oil until it begins to shimmer.

Sear the steak

Place the steak in the hot pan and sear for 3 to 4 minutes per side until a brown crust forms and the desired doneness is reached.

Mash the potatoes

Drain the water from the potatoes and mash them thoroughly while adding 100 毫升 milk and 30 克 butter for the mash.

Finish the potatoes

Stir in 2 毫升 salt and 1 毫升 black pepper to the mashed potatoes until they are light and fluffy.

4. Account

The information you provide (e.g. email) must be correct. Do not share your login with others. Login is done with a code sent by email. We may suspend or remove accounts and manage user data for the operation of the service.

5. Conduct

You use the service in accordance with law and good practice. You are responsible for content you create. We may remove content or close accounts if terms are violated or for other reasons.

6. Rights and data

The service software and brand belong to us. Content you save remains in the service, and we may store, process and delete it for the service’s needs. You have the right to use the service – service data and control stay with us.

7. Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with data protection law and our privacy notice. Email is used for login and communication. We do not sell your personal data. We are responsible for how data is processed.

8. Liability
