Instruktioner

Prepare the chicken

Bring 1 st chicken breast to room temperature about 20 minutes before cooking.

Season the chicken

Brush it with 1 msk olive oil on both sides. Season the chicken evenly with 0.5 tsk salt, 0 dl ground black pepper, 0.5 tsk paprika, and 0 dl dried thyme.

Preheat the air fryer

Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees for about 5 minutes.

Place chicken in the air fryer

Place the seasoned chicken breast in the air fryer basket, ensuring good air circulation around it.

Cook the chicken

Cook at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, turning the chicken halfway through.

Check doneness

Check for doneness with a meat thermometer; the internal temperature should reach 74 degrees.

Rest the meat

Let the chicken rest under foil for about 5 minutes before slicing, so the juices can redistribute.
