Fancy Ravioli
Perinteiset pyöreät pullat ovat suomalaisen leivonnan kulmakivi. Nämä pehmeät, kardemummalla maustetut leivonnaiset valmistuvat hiivataikinasta ja ne saavat kauniin kiillon kananmunavoitelusta sekä rapean pinnan raesokerista.
Ingrediënten
| 2.5 dl | maitoa |
| 11 g | kuivahiivaa |
| 5 el | sokeria |
| 0.5 tl | suolaa |
| 1 tl | kardemummaa |
| 1 st | kananmunaa |
| 420 g | vehnäjauhoja |
| 100 g | voita |
| 1 st | kananmunaa |
| 2 el | raesokeria |
Instructies
Warm 2.5 dl milk until it is nicely warm to the touch, about 42 degrees Celsius.
Mix 11 g dry yeast with a small amount of flour and add the mixture to the warm milk.
Stir 5 el sugar, 0.5 tl salt and 1 tl cardamom into the milk.
Add 1 st egg to the dough liquid and mix until smooth.
Gradually add the rest of the 420 g wheat flour while kneading vigorously.
Add the softened 100 g butter to the dough and continue kneading until the dough is elastic.
Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise for 60 minutes.
Divide the dough into 12 parts and roll into round buns.
Place the buns on a baking sheet, cover with a cloth, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Brush the buns with 1 st egg wash and sprinkle with 2 el pearl sugar.
Bake in the oven at 225 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
